Old Doors for New - Part II !

Remember our previous blog post about our neighbour's Victorian Front door that we saved from the skip ?

Well, we are proud to say that it now has a beautiful new home and is barely recognisable from before!

It has been stripped ,had the old door furniture removed,had the holes filled,been painted with under-coat and had new door furniture fitted. Gary them delivered the door to its new home and fitted it.

The property is a gorgeous modern home in a conservation area so the front door had to be just right.

We think the door look splendid,and it hasn't even had its final coats of paint yet!

The customer really struggled to source a front door throughout Cheshire and Staffordshire so we were thrilled to solve her dilemma.

A job well done! The door has been saved and will hopefully look stunning for another 100 years.

Its reclamation is good for the planet and good for the customer, you don't get a better result than that!
